Situated as it is just outside Hangar Bay No. 21 of the Colonization and Immigration Authority's TACOSTAND (The Automated Centerstation Of Space Transport Arrivals aNd Departures), The Rising Suns is located at the main intersection of the Trade and Transfer Quadrants. It also has the best deals of any watering hole on the entire space station; no small feat in itself as the satellite approaches a small moon in sheer size. The cantina never closes and is always packed full of denizens of every sort and from every corner of Known Space.
